The connectivity never failed, the video quality is superior and the real time tagging is huge. Film is uploaded, tagged and angles are intercut and available to the coaches in about 60 minutes after the game. When we did have an in game issue, (usually self-inflicted) the support crew always picked up the phone. Skycoach is a no brainer.
