This policy applies only to information collected through this marketing website. Our customer portal at portal.myskycoach.com and SkyCoach software products are governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

Information You Provide Directly

- Fill out a demo request or contact form (name, email address, school/organization name, state, phone number, current replay system)
- Schedule a meeting through our online calendar

GA4 uses cookies and collects data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
HubSpot
We use HubSpot for our contact forms, demo scheduling calendar, and customer relationship management. When you submit a form or schedule a meeting through our Site, the information you provide is stored in HubSpot's CRM platform. YouTube
Our Site embeds video content hosted by YouTube (a Google service). When you interact with an embedded YouTube video, YouTube may collect data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. We use a privacy-enhanced loading approach where the YouTube player does not load until you choose to play the video.
Google Fonts
We use Google Fonts to display typography on our Site. When you load a page, your browser connects to Google's servers to retrieve font files. This may transmit your IP address to Google. See Google Fonts Privacy FAQ for details.
4. COOKIES & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We and our third-party partners use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
This Site is intended for use by coaches, athletic directors, school administrators, and other adults involved in athletics program management. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information.

10. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Specifically:
- Form submissions and contact data: Retained in our CRM for the duration of our business relationship and for a reasonable period afterward to enable follow-up and comply with legal obligations.
- Analytics data: Retained according to Google Analytics' default data retention settings. You can learn more in Google's data retention documentation.
- Cookies: Cookie durations vary by type. Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies from analytics and CRM services typically expire within 6 to 24 months.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. Our Site uses HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
